Electronic Meeting Rooms (eRooms) Are Here!

Virtual communication continues to enter into the EWRI community. In a large effort to provide an electronic work environment to increase communication amongst councils and committees EWRI is introducing eRooms! eRooms is an electronic meeting room software package that runs through installed plug-ins or directly from your Internet browser. Within these rooms councils and committees will be able to archive minutes, vote on issues, and work on new versions of documents without having to save anything to their hard drives. Reduced email traffic is yet another benefit of eRooms. eRooms offers many additional features and we hope you explore all these options in the near future. This technology is extremely user friendly and uses commands that are similar to Microsoft Office software. Your council's or committee's room is now open for use.
