Experts will share special insights on the recent South Asia tsunami during this special plenary session. They include 2003 Visiting International Fellow Dr. Nalin Wikramanayake of Open University in Columbo, Sri Lanka; Dr. Rao Surampalli, Environmental Engineering Director of the US Environmental Protection Agency; an aid agency representative; and William P. Henry, P.E., F.ASCE, and President of ASCE. General Congress Chair Don Phelps, P.E., will emcee the session.
