The ASCE Membership Application Review Committee (MARC) meets once monthly to consider applications for member advancement to the Fellow grade. Fellow is the second-highest membership grade in the Society, after Honorary Member. There are several requirements for Fellow grade, one of which is that applicants must have a minimum of ten years responsible charge of experience gained while in the Member grade.

Within EWRI, eight new Fellows were elected this past fall: Paul A. Bizier, PE, DEE; Allan G. Boase, RPEQ; Jeanette A. Brown, PE, DEE; Dr. Thomas M. Walski, PE, DEE; Walter J. Bishop, PE, DEE; W. Craig Helms, PE; Dennis R. Martenson, PE, DEE; and Dr. Bruce M. McEnroe, PE.

A listing of the Fellow requirements along with more information about the Fellow grade is located at http://www.asce.org/membership/fellowgrade.cfm. Applicants may request a Fellow packet via e-mail to memapp@asce.org or may use the PDF version posted on the website.
